Herrensauna Monachium

This sauna seems to pride itself on bear customers, which I liked a lot - the guys there are all older and big and hairy, which is exactly what I was looking for. I walked into a group scene of older men (60s+) in the sauna all going at it, and that was a nice way to start. They don't have a steam area which is the only minus. Otherwise I was nice to see a sauna devoted to older bears.

Small and old sauna but very clean. Basic equipment. Very mature and bears customers but handsome and without attitude. A must if you love old men.

Is the sauna going t o be open soon after the lockdown is loosened? I do not think I will be allowed anytime soon as I am American. But I want to be sure.

Stayed in the above hotel overnight in Spring 2018, so we got a discount on entering the sauna and were allowed in-out privileges. Was amazed on the number of sub-levels to the sauna. Fair size crowd for the middle of the week. Excellent wet area (steam sauna, hot tub, etc). Also, the steam room maze contributed to the fun factor.

This sauna closes for Summer Holidays for August, Call Hans on 089 / 51518916 but he speaks ONLY German.

I visited this sauna on Tuesday afternoon. I had a wonderful time in there. If you are into old and chubby guys, this is the place to be in Munich. I recommend here to visit.

I had been there but I think is closed, touched the ring nobody there, it's closed or not?
